We believe in a “flowing” competence, constantly developed and fed with high level studies, updates and trainings in line with the “lifelong learning” philosophy. According to this perspective, Massimiliano Fonseca, founding member of Chimaera Security and Black Rose

Investigations and Operations Manager, has achieved a university degree in psychological studies, and another one in Criminological Sciences for Investigation and Security, with a further PhD in Security and Intelligence, analysis and management. Massimiliano carries on its business alongside with Fabio Traini, also co-founder and Commercial Director of Chimaera Security and Black Rose Investigations, co-operationing from over twenty years. Our “Competence” can be therefore traced in the quality of our valuable staff, carefully chosen and subjected to constant training, especially in the relationship with our valuable customers.
